Repossession Lot Manager – Irvington, AL

We’re looking for someone dependable, organized, and comfortable working with both customers and field agents. This role involves managing the recovery lot, maintaining order, ensuring proper documentation, and keeping a clean, safe environment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, enjoys working outdoors, and has a sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Self-starter with discipline to work independently.

• High integrity, reliability, and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to identify, document, and properly handle personal property; distinguish trash from valuables; and determine when items should be reported to authorities.

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Able to interact with customers and coworkers professionally, respectfully, and calmly.

• Strong ethical standards: treat people right, honor commitments, build trust, and uphold company values.

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Safety- and compliance-focused at all times.

• Experience in military, law enforcement, or corrections is a plus.

• Experience in towing, repossession, or commercial driving is a plus.

• Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.

• Must remain drug-free and comply with regular testing.

• Basic understanding of motor vehicles.

• Comfortable using computers and mobile apps for documentation and communication.
